REinventing MLS

Remine Pro is your new public records hub

Remine

One of the most common requests we receive is to improve our public records system. We’re excited to announce we’ve found an enhanced solution.

We recently upgraded your MLS subscription to include access to Remine Pro. This gives you all of Remine’s additional features in a cutting-edge, low-downtime system which includes extensive public records data.

Remine and Realist will be available simultaneously to evaluate and adjust to the new system. We plan to shut off access to Realist beginning January 1, 2020 and want to make sure Remine covers everything you need. Explore for yourself and let us know if there are any necessary features that are not in Remine.

We’ve heard your suggestions on this change and Remine has already implemented several key features based on your feedback.

Here are the highlights of this enhancement:

  • Realist is scheduled be removed from connectMLS on January 1, 2020.
  • Remine Pro and Realist are available simultaneously until that time.

I’m really going to miss the Realist tools!!!!!!

That’s the problem. Now we need to take training classes or watch a video. Realist was just plain easy! Why should it take longer to find what we want. Have your programmers every sold real estate? That’s what it’s all about

Hi Rosemary, thanks for reaching out. We know the switch to Remine is an adjustment, and we’re doing everything we can to make it as easy for you as possible. Our most frequent request received directly from agents was to improve our public records platform, so we sought the opportunity to upgrade the entire system. Remine is actually owned and operated by a group of experienced real estate professionals. Realist is in the process of implementing major updates to their platform which would require significant re-training next year as well. You may have also been impacted by their system being down over the past few days. We’re sorry for any inconvenience on this, and we’re here to help in any way we can: help.desk@mredllc.com

Hello, Do you plan to add assessor maps to Remine? They are essential part of any appraisal process and were integrated with Realist. I’m not talking about those “data provider” computerized maps but actual scans of subdivision survey maps, the only official source of lots’ sizes and actual legal descriptions based on on the subdivision, section, township locations?
Remine looks nice, but its functionality and usefulness….

    • MRED Communications January 13, 2020 at 10:00 am

Hi Tom, thanks for reaching out on this. Great news – assessor maps are scheduled to be live in Remine before the end of the month!
Remine has been a fantastic partner and they’ve consistently shown the ability to update their product to meet the needs expressed in feedback like yours. Because of this and many more reasons, we’re excited about this partnership! Feel free to reach out to us directly at suggestions@mredllc.com if there are any more features that should be added.

Not real intuitive. A simple last name look up is a mess. Realist was so easy…simple Boolean logic. Remine is nonsense. Tax reports prints multiple pages. That’s what “app” applications do including “modern MLS” revamp. What I could see on ONE page now takes scrolling through pages to find what was once on ONE page.

Hi Mike, thank you for the feedback – we appreciate hearing from you! We’ll definitely pass your comments along to management. Regarding the print issue, Remine offers a one-page report option for printing that you can select. We hope that our Help Desk reaching out directly to you on this was able to help as well. Let us know if there’s anything else we can do!
