I was trying to search for condos and town homes that are able to be rented for an investor client. I suggest that the “Can be rented” information be made mandatory when listing, and then add that search option. That would save a lot of realtors time, instead of paging through every listing and scrolling down to see if it can be rented. Most agents are not including that information.

Hi Vicki, thank you so much for the comment! We love hearing suggestions like this from agents, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our management team for consideration. Thanks for being part of the MRED family!
