I was trying to search for condos and town homes that are able to be rented for an investor client. I suggest that the “Can be rented” information be made mandatory when listing, and then add that search option. That would save a lot of realtors time, instead of paging through every listing and scrolling down to see if it can be rented. Most agents are not including that information.
