MLS Giant’s Listing Content Now Available for Inclusion in RPR’s Database
LISLE, ILLINOIS (January 22, 2014) – Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED), Chicagoland’s multiple listing service (MLS), announced that MRED listing content is now appearing in Realtors Property Resource® (RPR).
RPR is a parcel-centric national database of property information owned by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). RPR is not a multiple listing service (MLS) and does not support offers of cooperation and compensation. RPR was created by NAR to provide Realtors® with additional data they might need to meet the demands of their clients. RPR is 100% owned by Realtors® and is only accessible by Realtors®. RPR is working with MLSs to populate their database with property information from all over the United States.
“The introduction of MRED data into RPR has gone seamlessly,” said MRED President and CEO Russ Bergeron. “This is yet another example of our efforts to provide MRED customers with multiple opportunities to promote their listings as well as bring together different sources of pertinent market data. The activation of RPR demonstrates the continued expansion of MRED’s stable of services.”

Midwest Real Estate Data LLC® Executes Data License Agreement with Realtors Property Resource®

Jul. 31, 2013 – LISLE, Ill. — Midwest Real Estate Data LLC (MRED) announced today that it has executed an agreement with Realtors Property Resource, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS®, to integrate MRED’s licensed MLS data with RPR’s national property database and website for their REALTOR® members.
