Realist is now live for all MRED subscribers! Access it at the globe icon in the top-right of connectMLS. Whether you’ve used Realist in the past or have never tried it before, there’s something for everyone.
For returning users, you’ll find the Realist you remember and so much more. Realist has implemented many recent innovations. For new users, you’ll discover the power of Realist and the ability to “wow” your clients as the local market expert.
Realist seamlessly integrates with MRED’s existing MLS platform, allowing users to combine multiple listing service and public records data into one source for property intelligence. Realist offers:
- Advanced searching, mapping and reporting.
- A live Automated Valuation Model feature called RealAVM.
- Prospecting tools including the ability to print mailing labels and manage mail merge data.
- A multitude of other data including flood and seismic maps, owners sales and transfer histories and tax and mortgage information.
- A sell score which assesses the likelihood a property will be listed in the next six months.
MRED brought back Realist based on subscriber feedback. Realist joins MRED’s suite of products and services alongside Remine, an existing property intelligence source. Offering two sources for property intelligence data fits with MRED’s philosophy of providing brokers choices so you can use services that work best for your businesses.
