MRED’s housing data for the last full week of November reflect the expected seasonal slowdown may have begun. New listings were down 41% week over week but still topped 2019’s numbers by 3%. Open houses declined 50% week over week and listings under contract saw a 27% week-over-week drop, while still nearly doubling the same total from last year.
